Don't these cupcakes look divine? Well... they were! :)
My (soon to be ex-) colleague, Sarah, baked these and got them in for us as a farewell gift.
I took the one with the white icing and the chocolate centre. I really ought to see if I can bake without the use of a mixer. It would be a good way to build up some arm muscles I guess!
Today my colleague brought a ginger and guinesss pudding with her. I am going to try to prepare it...Hopefull Ed will like it.. enjoy that...If it turns out well I will pass on the recipe
